Adele graduated from the University of Greenwich and Hadlow College having studied for a BA (Hons) in Garden Design. Adele received expert training throughout her education and has further developed her design and horticultural expertise through a scholarship, and subsequently in an official capacity, at the historical house and gardens of Great Dixter, East Sussex.
Since graduating Adele has worked with clients on a large range of garden designs and specifications; from small town house courtyards to country estates and major redesign projects. Many of these projects have been in conjunction with garden contractors with whom Adele provides designs, planting schemes and planting maintenance options for clients.
Adele has also exhibited successfully at Hampton Court Flower Show for two years running; winning a much coveted Gold Medal for her first show garden in 2012 for Coastal Drift and again achieving a Gold Medal and Best in Category in 2013 for Mid Century Modern.
In addition to her design work Adele also lectures at Hadlow College, guiding mature students on the principals of Garden Design based on her knowledge gained since graduating and putting her design skills into practice.
